Digital sales proposals always work better than PDFs

This amazing tool helped us win the largest project in our company’s history.—Joseph T, VP Sales

When the team at Brandcast learned Pivot was looking for a better way to create sales proposals, they were immediately inspired.

“The account manager at Brandcast thought this was a great fit for what we needed,” recalls Lisa. “He was so convinced that he wanted to build something for us to try out.”

From Print Designer to Web Designer

Emily Gibson, Pivot Interiors’ Content Manager, is a multidisciplinary designer who never pursued web design. “It felt insurmountable,” she says, citing how technologies and platforms constantly change: “learning web design skills and keeping them current seemed like too much effort to keep up.” That changed after she saw how easy it was to use Brandcast.

Pivot Interiors website built on our platform

Emily Gibson, Pivot Interiors’ Content Manager, is a multidisciplinary designer who never pursued web design. “It felt insurmountable,” she says, citing how technologies and platforms constantly change: “learning web design skills and keeping them current seemed like too much effort to keep up.” That changed after she saw how easy it was to use Brandcast.

As a print designer, she quickly took to Brandcast’s design studio, finding parallels in Brandcast with many familiar tools and interfaces. When the time came to build a standalone website for Pivot’s Construction Solutions division, Emily built it herself in Brandcast, something she never expected to be able to do.

“I storyboarded the pages in InDesign to get buy-in from leadership, and then quickly framed the site out in Brandcast. For the more complex interactive elements, the Brandcast support team was there to help build my ideas.”

Brandcast worked with Pivot to execute on their wireframe, and built the framework for them in Brandcast’s cloud-based web design studio. The Brandcast design team then used Pivot’s resources to create a highly engaging platform to showcase the creative solutions contained in the proposal. It paid off; the proposal helped Pivot win a landmark project, the biggest deal in the company’s history.

“Brandcast helped us show the client that we were thinking differently with their project,” says Lisa. Most of the companies Pivot works with are made up of younger, tech-savvy workers who expect visual, engaging communication for a buying experience. “Brandcast helps us speak their language.”

Unparalleled Customer Support

“I’ve worked with digital agencies and services, and I’m not used to the level of customer support I get with Brandcast,” recalls Lisa. “There isn’t any limit to the training and help we continue to receive, even now in our second year!”

In addition to ensuring success with the platform, Brandcast also works with Pivot Interiors to help them develop new creative and immersive digital experiences that can be easily repurposed. “They can take your rough idea and add a level of user experience and delight to everything,” says Lisa.

More Possibilities

Both Lisa and Emily are excited by what they can make next in Brandcast to help Pivot attract more leads and win more projects.

“It’s one of the best tools to communicate what we have to offer new and emerging businesses,” says Lisa. She and Emily are both on the lookout for new ways to better convey the Pivot brand and capture the imagination of potential buyers.“What’s the saying? Build it and they will come?” asks Lisa, smiling.
